The United Business Center 0 (UBC 0) office building in the Iulius Town Timișoara mixed-use complex has a vertical structure comprised of 2 underground levels, semi-basement (split level), ground floor, 15 floors and 2 technical floors, with a total leasable area of 32,000 sqm.
UBC 0 epitomizes the new generation of premium office buildings in Timişoara, combining elements of contemporary architecture with state-of-the-art technical amenities, which have a major impact on the comfort of employees and the responsible consumption of resources.
The building benefits from the implementation of the Building Management System (BMS) technology, which supports the integrated monitoring and control of the ventilation, lighting, power, security and safety equipment.
Concurrently, UBC 0 is designed and built in accordance with the international green building principles, being LEED Platinum certified, a standard developed by the US Green Building Council measuring the implementation of sustainability criteria.
