The United Business Center 0 (UBC 0) office building in the Iulius Town Timișoara mixed-use complex has a vertical structure comprised of 2 basement levels, semi-basement (split level), ground floor, 15 floors and 2 technical floors (2S+D (supanta)+P+15E+2Eth) and a total leasable area of 32,000 sqm.

UBC 0 will represent the new generation of premium office buildings in Timișoara, combining elements of contemporary architecture with state-of-the-art technical amenities with a major impact on the comfort of employees and for a responsible consumption of resources.
The building will also benefit from the implementation of the Building Management System (BMS) technology that will support the integrated monitoring and control of the ventilation, lighting, power, security and fire safety equipment. Concurrently, UBC 0 is designed and built in accordance with the international green building principles, being pending LEED certification, a standard developed by the US Green Building Council measuring the implementation of sustainability criteria. In order to encourage mobility using alternative means of transportation, the building is fitted with showers and changing rooms for cyclists, as well as dedicated bike parking areas and electric vehicle charging stations.

UBC 0 is the fourth office building within United Business Center Timișoara. Part of the Iulius Town mixed-use complex, it provides access to numerous services and facilities, such as: retail area with more than 450 brands, themed restaurants and coffee shops, food court, the largest fitness center in Romania, multiplex movie theater with 12 auditoriums, including the VIP concept, education facilities, medical services and other services, public institution offices, as well as a 5 hectares park.
