The United Business Center 1 (UBC 1) office building in the Iulius Town Timișoara mixed-use development is the second building opened in 2017. Its vertical structure is comprised of basement, semi-basement, ground floor and 10 floors (S+D+P+10E) and a total leasable area of 13,000 sqm.
Standing at a height of 13 floors and featuring class A facilities, UBC 1 stands out in the urban landscape via its special architecture, as the building is triangle-shaped, and a sun dial designed for energy efficiency purposes, as well as for the time saved by the employees in the building, owing to the immediate access to the many services within Iulius Town.
