United Business Center 2 is the first office building that was commissioned within the Iulius Town Timișoara complex, having a vertical structure comprised of basement, semi-basement, ground floor, 10 floors and 1 technical floor (S+D+P+10E+1Eth) and a total leasable area of 18,000 sqm.

Opened in early 2017, UBC 2 is one of the most modern class A office buildings in Timișoara, being impressive owing to its superb architecture, as well as to its state-of-the-art low energy consumption technical amenities and the maximum use of natural lighting in its premises.
